OCTA SUN HAZE RF90 Product Code 4000901 This is a lightweight special softbox for the HENSEL Ringflashes - Porty 1200 PM-XS and RF 3000 XS - which provides hard directional light at the center, and softer light toward the edges of the box. While it preserves the characteristics of the ringflash it is visibily softer - with amazing light efficiency of only 0.5 - 1 1/3 f-stops less light output depending on the diffuser combination. There are three ways of setting the softbox up and they are shown at left. Below is the Octa Sun Haze with no baffles shooting at twilight. Above left is the Octa Sun Haze with baffles used in broad daylight to subtly balance and fill any shadows.

 This above image illustrates the use of the Octa Haze on the ringflash - and because the HENSEL Ringflash comes with a handle it makes it easy to hold and shoot. Left hand holds the handle and the right hand is free to manipulate the camera controls. There is also a handy tripod mount under the camera mount which makes static use very easy.
